Board of Directors
Skyline's board of directors provides the the club with direction and advice. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to ensure that the club fulfills its mission statement. In doing so, the Board of Directors frequently set the company's overall policy objectives. For these reasons, a good Board of Directors includes knowledgeable and experienced business people along with a passion to help the community and youth.
Skyline currently has ten members on the Board of Directors. Adhering to the bylaws set forth years ago, the board meets the third Monday of each month. The commitment a Board of Directors member makes is ongoing and often changing. Besides committing to meetings, Board of Director members often create subcommittees to help further the club.
Board of Director members are reimbursed for their time with a free registration for their child to play for Skyline Soccer Association.
We are always looking for qualified board members to join the team with experience in the following areas: Budgeting, finance, non-profit, sports, legal, real estate, volunteering, fundraising, writing, graphic design, website design, management, bilingual, marketing and communications.
