Coaching Philosophies |
At the youth level, there is nothing more important that learning the proper techniques. Player development should be the number one priority, winning should be put to the side. When a team wins, and technique and development are not being learned, can they really be called a winning team? |

Coaching Philosophies |
The lessons of life can be learned on a soccer field. I emphasize technical and tactical soccer skills in a challenging and fun environment. More importantly, I emphasize skills that can be carried off of the field and applied in life such as working as a team, pushing beyond the limits of what you thought you could do, bringing out the best in others, and allowing them to bring out the best in you. Soccer is a game, it is meant to be fun, and it can also be the a way to learn the lessons of life. |
