· How long have you been coaching soccer?

  • 8 years


· What inspired you to become a coach?

  • I love kids and I really enjoy helping them find a love and understanding of all sports.


· Beach vacation or mountain getaway?

  • Mountain getaway for sure. The ski slopes drew me to Colorado for college. I applied to UVM (Vermont), UNH (New Hampshire), and CU, and when I visited UVM, one of the students said to me, "Why would you go to school in Vermont? Won't you always wonder what the Rockies are all about?" That was the moment that I made my decision. Skiing is my greatest passion.
     

· What is your favorite book or podcast?

  • I really liked Into Thin Air by John Krakauer.


· Goal scorer or playmaker?

  • Everyone wants the glory, but I always saw myself as a playmaker, so I will go with Playmaker. (That said, of course I prefer a sweet goal to a nice assist:)

· Early bird or night owl?

  • Night Owl. The night time is the right time!


· What three words describe your coaching style?

  • Positive, Enthusiastic and Fun.


· What makes a great teammate?

  • Someone who makes his teammates better. You can make your teammates better by keeping them loose in stressful situations, pushing them to work harder, and picking them up when things do not go their way.
